Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Sunargi thrives on its customer’s satisfaction. Keeping the confidence and trust in mind, Sunargi offers you one of the most flexible 30-day returns and exchange policy. The customer has the privilege to return or exchange the item he/she received if they are not satisfied with their purchase.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- No items will be accepted without the prior authorization process being completed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of order placed. No refunds will be issued if the items are returned after the expiry of return period and the customer has to bear the expenses for the item to be re-shipped to him/her.
- The items must be returned in their original packaging and original condition, without any scratches, dents, or signs of wear and must not be resized or altered in any manner.
- The customers have to use a trackable shipping service to send the item back to us. In case a non-trackable service is used then the return or exchange will not be processed.
- The customer has to return any promotional gift sent to him/her along with the original item to qualify for the complete refund otherwise the retail value of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items which are resized or altered in any manner by the customer will not be accepted and would be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expenses.
- Items which do not have a jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable.
- The items that were worn, or sent to the customer as Replacement/Exchange are also not refundable.
Refunds
The returns will be processed within 5 working days upon the receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to the payment method used to place the order, in no case any kind of requests to change the payment method in which the refund has to be issued will be entertained. Customers are responsible to bear all the shipping charges on return shipments.
Compensatory rewards
Sunargi will issue a maximum of $10 (USD) to the customer in the form of coupon codes if:
- The customer receives the wrong item.
- The item is damaged, defective or contains incorrect engraving on it.
The customer needs to contact us within 48 hours from the time of the receipt of the order received by them to qualify for the claim on the compensatory rewards.
